Tempo is high and we fall asleep, which logs every night. Everything is going very well and we are about to check out what would suit us best for our launch in the U.S.. So far we have received many offers and it feels almost too good to be true. But right now the most spins in your head, we have awesome people around us that give us advice and support us in everything but when it comes to chalk it up to us. When we come home to Sweden, our brains work in high gear. We want to make the right decision and we certainly do. Today I woke up and Fanny bit earlier and went out and touring us a little bit.

The girls of Play are finally back in Stockholm. Fanny recently posted on the Ungdomar.se blog with her reflections on their trip to Los Angeles and everything they did there. (She even included a photo of the girls upon their arrival back home!)

Fanny: Now we are home again! After an intensive week in LA, [it] was very nice to come home to the couch and watch a good movie. During the week we had meetings with record companies, broadcasters, public relations firms and independent record labels. When we sat on the plane, we finally got to relax and think about everything that has happened this week .. It is now increasingly beginning to [sink in], it is now [that] we must sit down and digest all the impressions and decide which way we want to go and the people we want around us, if we are to start working in the U.S. again. Everything feels very exciting, and we can probably all say that we have had a very good week in LA.

Play: Hello. The days run away and we jump from morning meetings to lunch meetings to dinner meetings and everything in between (will eat out much haha). [The] jetlag is gone and last night we headed out with some friends and tried to LA’s nightlife a bit. First, we ate dinner at a place on Sunset called Katana (cruelly good food) then we went on to a club called The Garderner where we could continue our celebrity spotting with [the] Bolthouse guy from The Hills and Cat Deeley (half cruel spotting) … BUT we really [had] fun! Today we feel that we deserve [it]…

Laila Bagge updated her blog once more, mentioning Play and including a few photos.

Laila: Last night the girls [had] their showcase. This meant [an audience] of specially invited guests, and several of them came from broadcasters and record companies. Andreas Carlsson was also there to show [his] support for the girls. And I must say that they were totally amazing!! It was the best appearance they have ever done. Just this last week, they have developed [a great deal] and all the pieces have fallen into place as well and they have found themselves on stage and it is visible and noticeable. They were simply amazing! And I’m so proud!

Play: We spent the whole afternoon and evening at SIR Studios, where we trained like crazy with stage, sound and light. We had the audiences who came and went through all that [cannot happen when we have our final showcase]. Then lots of people who perhaps we will start working with. Before training we munch[ed] [on] our little “In N Out Burger[s]“, the world’s tastiest burgers that are only available in California. [Their] burgers are fantastic and served as food overnight on x-number of large “mansion part[ies]” here in LA. [Visiting] also was a new boy band that sang for us when we were done. Super cute!
