This is not necessarily news, but I did want to make a separate post. According to Fanny’s Twitter description, we have a general album release date.

SVT.se posted a short interview with Fanny regarding her decision to go solo and her upcoming album release. Of course, it’s all in Swedish, but here’s a snippet from the interview via Google translate.
How was it that you decided to go solo?
[...] I came to a point where I felt a strong desire to do things my own way. When you work in a commercial forum as I did, it was a relief for me when I took the opportunity to create at my own pace and [to stand for everything I do one hundred percent]. [...]If you [were to] describe FANNY soundstage with an emotional state, which would it be?
Emancipation. This is a darker and more honest side of me. As my own shadow where my feelings and thoughts can live freely, without inhibitions.
